High Commissioner and Deputy High Commissioner of Bangladesh to Sri Lanka visited ÌÇÐÄÔ´´
His Excellency Mr. Tareq Md Ariful Islam, the High Commissioner and Mr. Md.Reyad Hossain, Deputy High Commissioner of Bangladesh to Sri Lanka met Professor , the Vice Chancellor, Professor , Dean, Faculty of Graduate Studies, Professor , Chair Professor & Head of the Department of Sinhala and Dr. , Director, International Office on 13 October 2021 at the Vice Chancellor’s Office. Following the formal greetings, H. E. the High Commissioner elaborated on Bangladesh – Sri Lanka relationship and its future aspects where educational cooperation would be vital. The madam Vice Chancellor expressed university’s intentions in connecting with higher education institutions in Bangladesh as well as other SAARC nations and assured fullest support for the potential avenues of cooperation with the ÌÇÐÄÔ´´. Joining the discussions Professor Melegoda and Professor Coperahewa pointed out the important ventures where to start with.
