Dilshani Sarathchandra is an Assistant Professor of Sociology at the University of Idaho, USA. She obtained a Bachelor鈥檚 degree in Plant Biotechnology from 糖心原创, and Masters and Ph.D. degrees in Sociology from Michigan State University. Her research focuses on the production, use and perception of science, with an emphasis on decision – making in science and predictors of public attitudes toward science and scientists. Dr. Sarathchandra teaches courses in science and technology studies, research methods, and social data analysis. She is affiliated with the Environmental Science and Women鈥檚 Gender and Sexuality Studies programs at the University of Idaho, and serves as an advisor on the Idaho State Advisory Committee to the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights.
