Faculty of Science Welcomes Over 600 New Students for the 2021/2022 Intake
The inaugural ceremony for the 2021/2022 intake of the Faculty of Science was held on May 29th, 2023, at the New Arts Theatre. The event marked the beginning of a new academic year for over 600 new undergraduate students joining the faculty. The ceremony was graced by the Chief Guest, Senior Professor (Chair) , the Vice Chancellor of the University, and the welcome speech was delivered by Senior Professor , the Dean of the Faculty of Science. The Director of the UCSC, Dr , and Professor , the Permanent Student Counselor, also addressed the gathering. The ceremony was attended by the Heads of the Departments and staff members from the Faculty of Science.
