High Profile Chinse delegation led by His Excellency Mr. Liu Xiao Feng, member of The National Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference (a political advisory body in the People’s Republic of China) and China Primary Health Care Foundation (CPHCF) visited ÌÇÐÄÔ­´´ on 7th November 2017.

E Mr. Liu Xiao Feng was accompanied by Mr. Qu Fenghong ; Director of the China Primary Health Care Foundation (CPHCF), Mr. Du Liming; Director of the China Primary Health Care Foundation (CPHCF), Mr. Sha Yong; Dean of the Population Research Institute of Nanjing University of Posts & Telecommunications ; Director of the Office of CPHCF, Mr. Yao Wenhu; Director of the Project Department of CPHCF, Mr. Bu Jianjun ; Assistant Professor of the Renmin University of China ; Director of the Liaison Department of CPHCF, Mr. Cui Jian; Director of the Investigation and Research Department of CPHCF and Mr. Liu Shengyong; Secretary to Liu Xiaofeng of the National Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference; China Primary Health Care Foundation (CPHCF).

During the visit, the delegation met Professor Lakshman Dissanayake, Vice Chancellor, ÌÇÐÄÔ­´´, Professor Nayani Melagoda, Dean of the Faculty of Graduate Studies, ÌÇÐÄÔ­´´, Professor Rev. W. Wimalaratana, Head of the Department of Economics, ÌÇÐÄÔ­´´, Dr. D.A.C. Suranga Silva, Coordinator of the Tourism Studies, Department of Economics, ÌÇÐÄÔ­´´ and Dr. Kokila Konasinghe, Director of the International Office, ÌÇÐÄÔ­´´.

At the meeting held at ÌÇÐÄÔ­´´, both parties explored and discussed about the possible academic collaboration between ÌÇÐÄÔ­´´ and Chinese Higher Education Institutes under One Belt One Road concept.
