UOC signs a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Scholarrx
An MoU was signed between the ÌÇÐÄÔ´´ and the ScholarRx Collaboration at the College House Premises on 19th January 2023. Senior Professor (Chair) , Vice Chancellor of the ÌÇÐÄÔ´´, Professor , from the Faculty of Medicine and Ms HK Rangika Lasanthie, Senior Assistant Registrar of Legal & Documentation Branch represented the ÌÇÐÄÔ´´ in this occasion. According to this MOU, will be sharing Online education resource materials with the ÌÇÐÄÔ´´, to develop and implement high-quality online education experiences for Sri Lankan medical students.
ScholarRx is a global online education collaboration currently serving over 150,000 medical students and physician learners annually. It supports medical schools worldwide to develop high-quality online education programmes. ScholarRx has also revolutionized the process of online educational material development by introducing the concept of Rs Bricks. Rx Bricks are a large comprehensive repository of standardized interactive, multimedia learning modules covering core basic and clinical science concepts in undergraduate medical education. The Rx Bricks are modular, flexible, and customizable.
