President of South Asian University, India visited ÌÇÐÄÔ´´
The President of the South Asian University, Dr. Kavita Sharma visited the ÌÇÐÄÔ´´ on 14th October 2016 and met Professor Lakshman Dissanayake, the Vice-Chancellor of ÌÇÐÄÔ´´ and faculty during the visit. During the meeting, both parties discussed initiating joint research projects by the two institutes and explored the possibility of expanding cooperation into other areas. This will open up more opportunities for both faculty and the students of the two institutes in near future. Professor Shiroma Hadunnetti, Director, Institute of Biochemistry Molecular Biology and Biotechnology, Dr. Ajantha Happuarchchi, The Deputy Director, ÌÇÐÄÔ´´ School of Computing, Mrs. Indira Nanayakkkara, Dean, Faculty of Law,  Dr. Chandani Liyanage, Head, Department of Sociology, Dr. Maneesha  Pasquale, Head, Department of International Relations, Dr. Thilan Hewage, Head, Department of Mathematics and Dr. Kokila Konasinghe, Director of International Unit also participated at the meeting.
