The history of the ÌÇÐÄÔ´´ website goes back to the 1990s when the late V.K Samaranayake initiated the website at Department of Statistics & Computer Science. We place a note of appreciation for his dedication and commitment towards this initiative. Internet archiving commenced in 1997 and the first archive entry of the ÌÇÐÄÔ´´ website was on 17 October 1997. Some of our readers may feel nostalgic about the snapshots of the old websites given here.
