University Research Awards – 2015 took place on 07th December 2016, at the Bandaranaike Memorial International Conference Hall. The chairpersons for this event were His Grace, the Most Rev. Dr. Oswald Gomis, Chancellor of the ÌÇÐÄÔ´´ and Professor Lakshman Dissanayake, Vice Chancellor of the ÌÇÐÄÔ´´. Professor Marie Perera, Faculty of Arts, Dr N. Kamardeen, Faculty of Law, Professor Senaka Rajapakse, Faculty of Medicine, Professor Upul Sonnadara, Faculty of Science, Professor Shiroma M. Handunnetti, Institute of Biochemistry, Molecular Biology and Biotechnology, and Dr. K.L. Jayaratne, ÌÇÐÄÔ´´ School of Computing were the recipients of awards at this occasion.
