UOC Legal Expert and Scientist at COP 27 in Egypt
Prof. , Professor in Law at the Department of Public and International Law, Faculty of Law and Dr , Department of Plant Sciences, Faculty of Science attended the 27th of the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change in Sharm El-Sheik, Egypt. They are members of the Commonwealth Futures Climate Research Cohort, a group of 26 researchers selected from across the world and the cohort’s participation at COP27 was funded through the . Prof. Konasinghe and Dr Caldera also had the opportunity to be a part of the official Sri Lankan delegation to the COP27 through the Ministry of Environment.
